Gulf Cove is the second largest waterfront community in the Englewood/Cape Haze area and could be considered a community that is re-inventing itself. Many new, big and beautiful homes are being built and some of the older ones are being knocked down or renovated. Be very careful in purchasing “dry lots” in this community, the Florida Scrub Jay is a protected bird species that calls Gulf Cove home.
