Rotonda Lakes is quite possibly the fastest growing community on the Cape Haze Peninsula. This growth is due largely in part to the communities location and the many beautiful new homes being built! The Lakes is comprised of just over 3,000 lots and about 120 existing homes. There were at least 100 homes built in 2006/2007!
