From the snow belt of Upstate New York to the Beaches of Paradise…

Born and raised just outside of Oneonta, NY in the very small town of Westford. I am a graduate of the State University of New York in Cobleskill with a degree in Restaurant Management and moved to Florida in 1997.

I have been practicing Real Estate in the South Florida markets since 2002 and visited the Cape Haze Peninsula during the fall of 2004 on a short trip to purchase a few vacant lots as an investment. My experience during those few days was amazing, life seemed to move at a slower place, the waterways were incredible and the hospitality of the local residents was second to none. After a brief return to the East Coast to wrap up business, I returned to the area and officially began selling Real Estate in this region on November 1st, 2004. With over $60 million in closed transactions since coming to the area I attribute my success to hard work and the best support possible. No lead ever dies and when you call me, I call you back.

I was born and raised in a small town just 20 miles outside Green Bay, WI. While I enjoyed a great childhood, as soon as I was able to, I traded the long cold winters for the hot sunny beaches of Southwest Florida.

Once in Florida, I attended Florida Gulf Coast University and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Sales and Marketing. Soon after graduation I began a fulfilling career in Real Estate. I have had the opportunity to work for many local, national and international home builders throughout Florida’s Gulf Coast.

I have handled a variety of transactions ranging from first-time home buyers, retirees looking for vacation or seasonal homes, properties for short and long-term investment, and lot acquisitions. It was through these experiences that I realized how rewarding it is to take someone through the process, answer their questions, and take the uncertainty out of one of the biggest decisions in life, buying a new home!
